Erika's diverse experiences include serving as a District Director to a United States Congressman, a litigator at a regional, full-service law firm, a staffwriter for a professional journal, a Board officer for a nonprofit organization, a clinical social worker at a community-based behavioral health organization, a Risk Management Committee Chairman for a nonprofit organization, a Professor, an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee Co-Chairman and administrator at a law school. These experiences have allowed Erika to hone her communication skills, master her understanding of human behavior, and develop sound judgment, political savviness and professional diplomacy.
Erika received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Spelman College, a Master's in Social Work from Clark Atlanta University and earned a Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee School of Law.
